However, after the covid pandemic, market conditions have been coming back to normal. Making it important now more than ever to ensure you are doing everything in your power as the homeowner to ensure your property sells quickly and for the highest possible price.

Here's a list of things you can do to guarantee yourself the best chances of selling fast and for a great price:


  • Choose a local agent who is familiar with the conditions, fluctuations, local conveniences as well as the advantages and disadvantages of your area.


  • Ensure the agent you choose has a great understanding of and uses quality marketing techniques. This includes professional photography, an accurate floor plan, video, social media and all internet portals. 


  • Make sure the property is presented at it's absolute best! This is what will make you stand out when buyers are scrolling through hundred of listings on the internet. We all know that first impressions are important. So don't allow one area of the home to let it down like an overgrown front garden, lack of lighting or little to no styling.
