He engaged us to coordinate all the contractors to complete the work we had recommended. With a $15,000 budget and 5 week timeline, we completely transformed the entire home.

• PATCH UP INTERIOR PAINT

  • We arranged for a professional painter to do some touch up paint on areas of wear and tear. This made the home feel clean and well looked after.

  • The owners old furniture was removed before it was professionally staged throughout. This transformed the home and gave it much needed character. The photography was exceptional and allowed buyers to visualize how the spaces could be used, and to form an emotional connection with the home.

  • The exterior of the property including all concrete, pavers and the roof were professionally pressure washed to make the house look clean and like new again.​

• MINOR REPLACEMENTS
