This property was average and outdated. The owners knew it had potential but were too busy and overwhelmed by the thought of coordinating all the contractors they needed. With a substantial budget and timeline, we completely transformed the entire home. For this project, we sourced and coordinated contractors in order to get this sizeable home market-ready.

The property was completely transformed and sold after just 27 days on the market for an exceptional price.

To Add Value To This Property:

• INTERIOR/EXTERIOR PAINT

  • We completely refreshed the exterior and interior using neutral paint colors. This made the entire property feel updated, light, spacious and clean.

• STAGING

  • Having this home professionally staged throughout was the icing on the cake! It turned it from a house into a home and gave it life. It allowed for exceptional marketing photos, for buyers to visualize how the spaces could be used, and to form an emotional connection with the home.

• RESURFACING

  • To improve the outdated areas, rather than replace it, we opted to have numerous sections professionally resurfaced. This included the kick-board tiles and countertops in the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and office. Polishing the spa bath. Sealing concrete in the garage, driveway and retaining walls. We also had the aluminium fencing resurfaced from cream to black for a modern finish.

• FLOORING

  • As a cost effective way to update the old tile floors throughout, we had luxury wood-look vinyl planks laid on top. This completely uplifted the aesthetic and value of the home to create a cohesive flow between spaces.

• MINOR REPLACEMENTS

  • We replaced dated towel rails, removed old window coverings and replaced with sheer curtains, and had the exterior areas pressure washed. These affordable yet noticeable changes made a huge impact to the finished product.
